Where is Teecaake based?

Teecaake is based in England.  All the artwork is designed and shipped from within the UK.


What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Payments may also be made via PayPal and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is not available. 

Can I pay in my own currency?

A range of currencies are available for you to choose from on the shop/product pages. However, if your currency isn’t available, you can still purchase from the website. Simply convert the price from British Pounds into your local currency and your bank/PayPal should do the conversion for you. 

I just ordered something from the shop, but didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do?

All orders which have been successfully made will provide you with a confirmation email. If you cannot locate this in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, chances are that your order was not placed successfully and you may have to try again. Please double check your bank account to see if a transaction has definitely been made. 



How long is the processing time?

All in-stock orders will be shipped within 2 working days – this is relevant mostly for art prints.

Prints – 2 working days | Posters – 1 week

Clothing – 1-2 weeks
Journals – 1-2 weeks | Notepads – 2 working days | Pencil cases – 2 working days
Phone Cases – 1 week

*Processing time during the Christmas period and peak Love On Tour season can be ~2-3 weeks due to the volume of orders. Your patience and kindness is highly appreciated during this time*

Where do you ship your items?

Shipping is available worldwide. However, see the answer below about payment methods to see if your order can be purchased from your country. 

Will I receive a shipping notification?

You will be emailed once your order is in the post. If you haven’t received this, please check your spam/junk folder.

Will my order be tracked?

In order to keep shipping fees minimal, Teecaake uses Royal Mail International Standard where possible for post to Europe, North America, Australia & New Zealand, which doesn’t include tracking.

All parcel orders to the US (mugs, sweatshirts, hoodies & posters) will be sent through Royal Mail International Tracked.

Orders to Mexico, South America and Asia are also often tracked. This is at the owner’s discretion. You may ask for a tracking code for these orders if you wish.

Please also be considerate of Covid-19 and other holiday season delays that might occur when waiting for your order to arrive. Shipping services all over the world have for quite some time faced huge delays.  

When will my order arrive?

|For UK orders, Royal Mail 2nd Class post is used, which means your items should be with you within 2 working days after shipping (excluding Sundays).

UK – 2 days from shipping
Europe – 1-2 weeks from shipping
US/Canada – 1-3 weeks from shipping
Rest of the World – 2-4 weeks from shipping

Delivery times might be longer than usual due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Teecaake is based in the UK, so if are based elsewhere, please be aware that delays are sometimes inevitable.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

Teecaake is not liable for any customs fees you may be required to pay in order to receive your items.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

According to Royal Mail, the last day to send out parcels for them to arrive in time for Christmas to North America is the 13th of December, 2021. All current orders will aim to be shipped out by then. However, this does not guarantee your order arriving for Christmas as delays are at Royal Mail’s digression. Please be mindful that Christmas is the busiest time of the year and so delays are inevitable.


My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Firstly, check whether the estimated delivery time has surpassed from the day you receive your shipping notification. If this is the case, please resort to contacting your local post office as a first point of call – sometimes it is stuck there. If not, then contact admin@teecaake.com. Sometimes orders get lost in the post and end up at your door a little later than expected. Other times, it requires just a little patience as postal services in many places in the world are slower than others. 

Please also be considerate of Covid-19, Covid variants and other holiday season delays that might occur!


Can I refund my order if I don’t want it anymore?

As Teecaake is a small business, refunds for all clothing items are unavailable at the moment. All sizing for the clothes are available on the product listing and customers are encouraged to check the sizes before ordering clothes to ensure its fit. 

Refunds for other items is dependent on the seller’s discretion. Orders from UK customers will be more readily refunded if the cause is probable. However, refunds outside the UK are unavailable for all other items.

You are encouraged to read reviews and look at Teecaake’s social media presence to see whether you’d like to purchase from Teecaake.  

Can I make changes to my order once I have placed an order?

You can make amends to your order if it is within 1 hour of your order. After that, you are no longer able to make changes as all products are made-to-order and therefore changing them isn’t an option.

I’ve received my item/s and it looks different to the photos posted on the website or social media. Why is this?

Although Teecaake will do its best to always provide real photos of the items on the website or social media, sometimes there may be slight differences in colour or design placement of an item. This is due to variance in stock and the sizing of the item the design is placed upon. This is usually the case with clothing items. If the specific colour you ordered a clothing item in is unavailable, you will be contacted about this and upon your agreement, your order will be fulfilled to the nearest colour available. 

For phone cases, the placement of the design on the cases will vary depending on the phone case the design is placed on. All iPhone and most Samsung cases are available as ‘hard’ TPU cases. This means the design will ‘wrap’ around the phone case and will be more similar to the photos provided on the website and social media. For Huawei, Google, OnePlus or other phones, the cases will more likely be available as ‘soft’ silicon cases. This sometimes means that the design placement will vary. 

It’s been over 3 months since I purchased my items and have still not received my order. What can I do?

It is understandable that some delays may take a lot longer than the estimated shipping times. In this case, you can claim a refund for up to 90 days from your purchase date. If you claim for a refund after this, your refund will not be processed as without tracking details, there isn’t substantial evidence to provide the whereabouts of your parcel. Teecaake is a very small business and cannot afford refunds so late into the purchase. Please bare this in mind before ordering your items. 

Is free shipping available on any orders?

All orders above £75 are shipped worldwide for free. See below for the shipping costs of individual items on the shop.
